SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE

👉Simple present tense adalah bentuk tenses yang digunakan untuk menyatakan  habitual action (kebiasaan) / daily activities (kebiasaan sehari-hari) atau untuk menjelaskan peristiwa / sesuatu yang terjadi di waktu sekarang atau saat ini (present) ataupun suatu pekrjaan / perbuatan yang dilakukan berulang-ulang. dan juga untuk  menunjukkan kebenaran  umum atau sebuah fakta.

adverb of frequency seperti :

-        always

-        usually

-        everyday, everyweek, every month, every time.

 

contoh kalimat :

-          I always wake up at 05.00 o’clock

-          I always go to school by bus

-          I go to school everyday

-          she often come to visit her grandfather

( dia sering datang mengunjungi kakeknya)

 

2.     simple present tense yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan kebenaran umum atau sebuah fakta.

contoh kalimat :

-          the stars appear at night

(bintang muncul pada malam hari)

-          the sun rises in the east

( matahari terbit disebelah timur)

Ada dua macam bentuk kalimat present tense yaitu Verbal ( kalimat yang menggunaka n kata kerja) dan Nominal (kalimat yang menggunakan Be (is, am, are) /  tidak menggunakan kata kerja)
